Here’s the first sample answer to Describe a movie you would like to watch again IELTS Speaking Cue Card:
Introduction
I am a die-hard fan of movies especially those involving a lot of thrill, drama and action. The 12 Angry Men movie was, in my opinion, among the best I have ever seen, and I would like to watch it once more.
When did you watch this movie?
When I was travelling to Chandigarh last week, I watched this fabulous movie in one go. I had to board a train from Pune to Chandigarh, so I loaded up several movies on my laptop to pass the time.12 Angry Men was the first movie on the roster. It was more difficult to view the movie on a moving train, though. My laptop was shaky as the train shook violently at the speed it was travelling.
Therefore I frequently had to get closer to the screen as a result. Additionally, the noise made it impossible for the dialogue to fully reach my ear, making it impossible to listen to. Thankfully, I had my Airpods!
Who was with you?
I was travelling with my younger brother. We booked a seat in the first-class AC cabin on the train. Talking about my brother, he is not so fond of movies. So I had to watch the movie alone. But frankly speaking, it turned out a blessing for me. This is because sharing a small laptop on the train would otherwise have been difficult.
What the movie is about?
The film 12 Angry Men is a suspense thriller. In the film, a poor youngster was accused of killing his father and was on trial for the crime. Twelve jurors were chosen to conduct the trial and render a judgement.
But eventually, one of the jury members came to the conclusion that there was sufficient reason to believe that the youngster did not truly kill the father. Therefore, he opposed convicting the youngster of the crime. He began by dissecting the charges levied against the young man.
After much arguing and reasonable discussion between the two juror groups, it was decided that the boy was not guilty.
Why do you want to watch this movie again?
For some specific reasons, I want to see the movie again. First, the movie was difficult for me to fully enjoy on a train with so much noise around. Additionally, the movie’s story is incredibly unique and dramatic. Even though this was a thriller, I think the theatrical aspects were stronger.
Above all, it has a happy ending which I believe a movie must have.
Concluding the Cue Card
When the boy’s innocence was established. The incident deeply moved me. I believe that the film has conveyed certain societal messages. Therefore, I believe I should watch “12 Angry Men” once more to obtain a deeper understanding.

MODEL ANSWER 2
I’ve seen a lot of films that are simply fantastic in every way, but very few of them have managed to stay in my memory like “The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly” has. So today, I would love to talk about that.
This renowned movie, which was directed by an Italian named Sergio Leone and released in 1966, is regarded as one of the all-time greatest box office hits. I got a chance to watch this movie last Sunday when I was off from work early. I invited my childhood friend to come over and join me in my pleasure.
But I had no idea at the time that I would end up loving this movie so much that I would watch it dozens of times.
As far as the movie is concerned, the main focus of this film’s plot is on three gunslingers who engage in numerous conflicts and duels while vying for a fortune in a hidden stash of Confederate gold during the bloody chaos of the American Civil War.
Clint Eastwood plays the role of an ex-bounty hunter who knows the name of the cemetery where the gold is buried; the second character is a quick-tempered greedy individual who knows the name of the grave. However, the third party, a ruthless, cold-blooded killer, has no idea. He must therefore discover a way of his own to find the gold.
Anyway, I’d like to watch this movie again because Clint Eastwood is my favourite. I admire every little thing about him. Moreover, I would watch it again since the plot is incredibly smart and consistently unpredictable for the entire three hours of the film, making it one of the very few western masterpieces to have achieved such a feat.

The experience of seeing a movie at home versus in a theatre is really different. When necessary, one can pause, rewind, or fast-forward at home. This demonstrates how convenient it is to watch movies at home.

Being a young Indian and spending most of my time among other young Indians. I think I’m in a good place to respond to this inquiry. Young Indians represent a generation that is completely at odds with how Indians are typically perceived. Hollywood or Bollywood doesn’t really matter; what counts is whether the film has anything to give or not. They are seeking content and pleasure in movies.

No, there have been many occasions when films starring “unknowns” were commercial successes, frequently launching the careers of the unknowns.

In this day and age, when movies can generate more money through secondary markets (DVD/Blu-ray sales, OTT streaming deals, movie channel deals), a well-made movie with a compelling plot will find its audience.

I rather prefer watching movies at home versus going to the theatre. My time and money are saved. If I don’t like the movie, I can change the channel. I have some side-by-side multitasking skills. I can enjoy the movie in the cosy comfort of my bed.
6) Do you think that cinemas will disappear in the future?
Nobody can predict what the future holds for us, but from what I can see, movie theatres won’t go away. People enjoy going out and having fun with their friends and family. Multiplexes have mushroomed in recent years, indicating that people enjoy seeing movies at movie theatres.
