Do you often get up early in the morning?

No, I don’t wake up early in the morning too often. But recently I have started following a sleep schedule to get up early. I have even stopped drinking caffeine in later part of the day so as not to sabotage my changing habits.

What do you usually do when you get up early?

The first thing I usually do after getting up early is drink a glass of water. You know..The body is dehydrated from the sleep, and the metabolism wants something to start working and burning calories. Then I do an hour-long workout with my trainer before finally get dressed and go to my office.

No…not really! I sleep for longer hours on weekends. I think it’s important for me to give my body a break from the 5-day hardship and to calm my mind from everything else.
