Introducing a natural talent

Everybody is god-gifted in some way or the other. Natural talent is one such inborn gift that we realise with the gradual passage of time. So today, I’d take this opportunity to talk about a natural skill that I’ve recently discovered and want to improve.

What it is?

Well! The skill is Singing. Since childhood, I’ve been keen on doing something different. For that sake, I’ve tried number of things but nothing worked out for me. However, now I see a bright future in Singing.

When you discovered it?

It was just last Sunday, when my Uncle (who is also a music teacher) visited our house and heard me singing in the bathroom. Indeed, he was quite impressed with my voice and briefly advised me on how to take this talent further. That day, I felt so proud and promised myself not to waste this inherent skill I have.

How you want to improve it?

I deeply thought about this question that how can I improve my singing, so I am planning to attend my Uncle’s music classes. He is an accomplished music tutor and a national awardee. I’ll hone my skills under his guidance. As it’s said, practice makes a man perfect, I’m also thinking of following a daily practice routine to polish my skills.

Oh Yes, Absolutely! They should never waste any talent they have and passionately follow their abilities to improve further. For instance, if a singer is good in acting, he should focus on both.

Well, there are times when parents’ expectations may become a burden on children. But I don’t think that parents should feel guilty about it. Every parent thinks that with excessive pressure their child will learn to work under stress. They only want to build a good future for their children.
