Yes, IELTS Speaking Part-1 is marked alongside other parts of the test. The examiner will grade you on four things– fluency and coherence, lexical resource, grammatical range and accuracy, and pronunciation. In each of those segments, you’ll get a band score from 0 to 9.
IELTS Speaking usually lasts for about 3-4 minutes.
